I'm A Survivor!!

Good Morning/Afternoon everyone. Did anyone watch Survivor last night? I was dying at the television with my mom. We are so happy Marcus was blindsided and went home!!!! Crystal is such a sneaky one; therefore, she's our favorite player!!! haha Anyway, if you don't watch it, I wish you did because you would love it. I'll inform all of you when I go on the show someday. I am determined to get on there!!! I would honestly pay them to let me play for a million dollars.

As for important stuff, my toe is feeling much better haha I went to cycling class last night and that took all the kinks out of it. And of course, I wore my favorite shirt in the world. It says "The Booty Don't Stop" on it. It's a song- ahh what am I saying?- it's not just a song. It's one of the best songs I've ever heard. I just love wearing that shirt because I feel like everyone reads it and then is obligated to look at my cute ass. haha I am RIDICULOUS!!!!

Alrighty, so if you're still listening to my nonsense, here's what I had for dinner a few nights ago. I found it on Fat Free Vegan Kitchen. The only reason I made it was because it had Hoisin sauce in it and I've been wanting to use Hoisin sauce for months. I didn't even know what it was,but now I'm addicted. It's called Chinese Barbecued Tofu and I absolutely loved it. And honestly, there's nothing like a nice tofu dish. They never get old in my stomach. And I changed the recipe a little bit because I didn't have some of the stuff.

Here's the recipe:
Chinese Barbecue Tofu
1 pkg extra firm tofu, pressed
3 cloves garlic
2 tsp fresh ginger, minced
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup organic ketchup
2 Tbsp seasoned rice wine vinegar
1/4 tsp vegan Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp spicy brown mustard
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp molasses
1/8 tsp ground black pepper

Directions: Mix the sauce ingredients together until well-combined. Slice the tofu in 1/2 inch thick slices. Spray a frying pan with nonstick spray and brown the tofu on each side for a few minutes. Add the sauce to the frying pan after the tofu has browned. The point is to cover the tofu and heat the sauce. Most of the tofu's cooking process is done when the sauce is in there. Let this simmer for a few minutes until the sauce has thickened.

Thanks Joanna
It's just that I've gotten to th epoint where I've decided to weigh less and not stay where I am. I want to feel better about myself. I mean, I DO fell good about myself, But I feel better vanity wise around 110-115.
I always used to be FAT. Literally, I was clinically obese. I weighed over 153 pounds and I"m 5'3 - although, then I was even shorter! Then I began losing weight because I was in the states on furlough and attending a school and doing sports. I kept losing and losing until I reached 110. I stayed there for awhile.. then went down to under 100 pounds ( very bad idea.) I gained more weight and my average is basically 115. I feel really good at 115, so I"m just hoping to get back there for personal sense of happiness, lol
Being 115-110 is easy, If I want a cookie- I can have it! ( like today, lol)
Thankyou for sharing with me ( and I hope I didn't share too much for you here! lol) and I shall be careful and happy with my weight:]

That sounds absolutely delicious. I haven't bought tofu in a while. Perhaps this is just the excuse I need.

I've missed this entire season of Survivor! I think it's too late for me start watching.

Hey Joanna!
My name is Becca, I don't know how to change my name thing, lol.
Haha, It is DEFINITELY not volunteer work! ( although the payment seems like it, I only charge 30 reias a month per person ( 15 dollars) and that's with two hours of lessons per week. Soo.. it's kind of like a part time job, but with less pay? I don't know. I have a good number of students, I stay pretty busy. I guess the more students you have the more you earn? lol It's fun though, I get an experience that kids my age usually don't have , I suppose.
Talk with you later!
Becca

That quinoa salad you made for dinner looked so good. You will have to make some for me. I had fun shopping today - it's so nice to get it out of the way today so that tomorrow I have everything I need to make a nice dinner.

Love you!

Big brother is my favorite reality show, I've watched all seasons except the first one.

I like the Amazing Race, but the music really stresses me out, so I don't watch it too often.

The tofu looks amazing! I love tofu so much, it's crazy.

oh my goodness! Your tofu looks mouth-watering. If only my hubby would eat more meatless meals, this one would be on my weekly menu!
